After Cancer?

CTAC (Current Together After Cancer) is a digital program designed to support colorectal cancer survivors and their supporters as they adjust to life after treatment. This period can feel uncertain or disconnected. CTAC offers space to reflect, reconnect, and move forward together


Through guided questions and shared conversations, CTAC helps survivors and their supporters open up, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationship, whether you're partners, family, or close friends.
